Important questions about our MU Online server files, license system, delivery and support.

What am I buying?

You are buying licensed MU Online server files or launcher systems from MoMu Emulator. Our products include server files, launcher tools, Battle Pass systems and related services, depending on the package you choose.

Which products are available?

We currently offer Season 3 Server Files, Season 6.3 Episode 21 Server Files, and Launcher Updater + Battle Pass System. Each product page explains exactly what is included.

How does the license system work?

Every paid order is connected to your CustomerName, Hosting IP and HWID. These details are used to generate and manage your license, so the product can be used only by the authorized customer.

Where do I set my CustomerName, Hosting IP and HWID?

You can set these details during registration or inside your customer dashboard. You can also update them later from the License Manager page. If needed, our admin team can help update your license details manually.

How do I receive the files after payment?

After you create an order and complete payment, your order will be approved and your license will be activated. Once active, the download will appear inside your customer dashboard.

Do you support PayPal payments?

Yes. The website supports PayPal checkout. After PayPal payment confirmation, the order can be marked as paid and the license/download will be activated.

Do you offer installation service?

Yes. Installation service is available for 80 USD. This service is useful for customers who want help setting up the server files, launcher or related systems on their hosting/server environment.

Is installation included in the product price?

No. The product price includes the selected package and license delivery. Installation is an optional additional service and costs 80 USD unless stated otherwise in a custom agreement.

Do the files include future updates?

Updates depend on the package and agreement. Some updates may be free, while major updates or custom work may require an additional payment. If you need ongoing updates, contact us before purchase.

Do you provide support after purchase?

Yes. We provide support through Discord, Telegram or WhatsApp. Support covers basic product questions, license issues and delivery problems. Custom development or advanced configuration may require a separate service.

Can I change my Hosting IP or HWID after purchase?

Yes, but changes must be reasonable and approved. You can update your details through the License Manager, and the license can be synced again. Abuse, sharing or reselling may cause the license to be blocked.

Can I resell or share the files?

No. The license is for your own project only. Sharing, reselling, leaking or redistributing the files is not allowed and may result in license termination without refund.

Can I request custom features?

Make sure you understand which package you need, prepare your hosting/server IP, and contact us if you are not sure which product is right for your project. We prefer helping you choose the correct package before purchase.
